Mark is the solicitor director and notary public of Chandlers International Lawyers with over 20 years experience working in commercial & corporate law. Mark worked in top tier law firms in both Australia and South Africa prior to establishing Chandlers International Lawyers in 2004. Mark is recognised for headlining the deals landscape, being cited in an industry publication as one of the Hot 40 lawyers in Australia and New Zealand.

Mark has represented ASX 100 companies, as well as internationally listed companies, in complex business transactions as well as having experience acting for Forbes high net worth individuals in commercial transactions, litigation and other personal matters.

Mark has represented clients before the Takeovers Panel, in the Supreme Court and the Federal Court of Australia. He has assisted the ASX with rewriting the Derivatives Trading Rules and obtaining disclosure relief for listed corporate debt instruments. Working on regulated and unregulated mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the issue of corporate securities and financial products, Mark also advises on general law matters such as wills and estates, asset management, property law and contracts.
