Iain Rawlinson

Iain Rawlinson is a director of companies and trustee of charities with 30 years of experience in banking, investment and industry, which he gained initially with Lazard Brothers, Robert Fleming Limited (the investment bank) and Fleming Family & Partners. After becoming independent in 2005, his subsequent appointments have been in the energy, environment, resources and transport sectors, including a period as Chairman of Monarch from 2009 to 2014, alongside appointments as a trustee of charities.
After attending the University of Cambridge he spent a significant part of his career in South Africa which was followed by leadership of the Fleming Family & Partners business in London. He is an independent director of a number of companies and is a non-executive director of Parkmead Group PLC.
Iain is Chairman and Co-Founder of Online Radio Broadcasting Limited and has been appointed as a Fellow of Social Innovation to the University of Cambridge’s Business School.
Dr David Treisman

David is Special Counsel to Chandlers International Lawyers with over 15 years of experience advising foreign and domestic buy-side and sell-side clients in the mining and resources and banking and financial services sectors and in public-private partnerships in Australia and across emerging market economies in Asia, Africa and the Caribbean.
David advises on strategic, tactical and operational initiatives for clients. These include business analytics, assessments, valuations and pricing, custodial services, risk management advisory, litigation support and project management for mergers & acquisitions.
David is an expert witness for the Australian Federal Parliament, consults for The Treasury in Canberra and is a technical advisor to the COMESA Secretariat in Lusaka. David is also the Chief Analytics Officer for a FinTech and Artificial Intelligence start-up, a consulting data scientist and lectures on economics and data analytics at Monash University’s Business School.
